Great pies of 2021

Pies, mmm...
It struck me, I've not posted anything this year, about delicious crustaciously-encased gravy-based fare I've made (and scoffed obvs). 

To make up for this sorry remiss, here is a quick #foodporn post.

I can't actually remember what all the fillings or indeed the pastry types were now. Hey-ho.

This is a beef and pork pie

This one is a beef and mushroom pie.

I was experimenting with a yeast-raised puff pastry - it was a bit strange. 

Something like a croissant texture, but fluffier.
The chips are actually par-boiled and oven roasted. They were epic
