 Another fine Philly Cheesteak attempt from Beefebruary this year. I've only just got round to uploading the pics.

Those were using ribeye. Thenext time I cheated and used pork shoulder

Same technique - BBQ fry the seasoned meat with onions and bung cheese slices on at the death.
